Project 365 – Day 28: “Play Misty For Me”

As most of you may know, long exposures at night are necessary. However, when you incorporate movement into long exposures (like flowing water, for instance), you can get some pretty cool effects. I had a previous shot in this project that showed lights trails from cars at night. Same thing here. The long exposure created a misty look for the water. Pretty cool, AND incredibly easy to pull off. So I pretty much considered this a “slack off” day. Enjoy.

  4. Thanks Michael. I’ll have to wait for a new tripod, my son bent a leg on mine so I don’t trust it.
